This privacy policy shows how Everything is Possible uses the information you provide to us and the way it is processed in accordance with data protection legislation.
Information is collected by means of application forms from anyone applying for international opportunities through Everything is Possible and through project evaluation reports and voluntary customer feedback surveys after projects have been undertaken. No data is collected from accessing Everything is Possible’s website.
All persons applying to undertake an international mobility placement with Everything is Possible, including staff, visiting or accompanying learners on projects, are required to complete an application pack containing their personal data. General personal data, including name, address, photograph etc is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility and arranging specifics of the placement which require these, such as flights and accommodation.
Sensitive information such as health issues/disabilities, substance misuse, learning difficulties and financial status are collected in order to identify and minimize any potential risk and determine additional support that may be required to make the opportunity possible. Also to ensure adequate health insurance is provided for participants, by Everything is Possible.
Everything is Possible shares information collected with other agencies directly involved in the process of the international placement such as airlines, accommodation providers and car hire companies.
Personal data is shared with Everything is Possible’s international and UK partners in order to ensure they are adequately equipped to accommodate participants with higher needs.
Information provided via evaluation feedback can only be accessed Everything is Possible staff and our funding body.
Information is held, securely, for 5 years following an international placement and is used to seek feedback from participants and to communicate new opportunities which may be of interest.
Everything is Possible does not share information with anyone not connected to the international mobility placement unless required to do so by law.
You have a right to access the personal data we hold for you at any time. A small charge for this service may be incurred.
You have the right to request any inaccurate information is corrected.
You have the right to request your personal data be removed from Everything is Possible’s records.
