My name is Josh I am 18 and I am studying Level 3 sport at Askham Bryan College.
When coaching I did football, bikes, athletics and gymnastics as of which was a challenge at times this is because I knew a little bit of French however, demonstrations was the best way of doing the session so they understood as of which my confidence grew as I became more frequent with the system of how they are coached differently.
In the free time I enjoyed visiting mount Pele, rum distillery, beaches.
Professionally I have learnt how to communicate in a different language but also gain experience within coaching in a different culture and country.Personally, I would like to thank Erasmus for this fantastic opportunity of a lifetime which was thoroughly enjoyed and for giving me an advantage of getting a better insight for a sports coach job.
