My name is Lydia Pattinson I am 17 and I am studying level 3 Sports at Askham Bryan College.
I wanted to take part in this project to get some real-life experience form coaching abroad as I might want to do this as my job.
When coaching I did gymnastics, basketball, athletics and bikes all off these were very fun and interesting. During these sessions we got to put to practice our coaching skills that we have learnt from our course at college but to also practice some off our French.
In the free time I socialised with new friends who I didn’t really know before and met new friends form Martinique.
Thanks to Erasmus+, professionally I have learnt so much form this experience in such a short period of time. I would love to go on this again for longer as it was an opportunity of a lifetime.
